Objectives:
  • Consolidating the components of the national identity in its various dimensions and highlight the complementarity between these components.

  • The research laboratory in linguistic and Qur’anic studies aims at the following:
  • Paying attention to the linguistic subject, Qur’anic and hadith studies in its various types, sources and research fields and their intellectual and cognitive extensions by presenting an approach that benefits from linguistic research methods and modern critical theories in order to prepare it for the benefit of researchers and scholars.
  • It also seeks to establish a continuous knowledge bridge with Arab imams heritage, scholars, their ideas, texts, and writings in various fields (grammatical, morphological, phonological, lexical, semantic, literary, rhetorical, critical, Qur’anic, miraculous and rhetoric...), and to uncover, facilitate and publish these efforts for the benefit of the university student in terms of knowledgeable and methodical training and education, of which textbooks benefit in the education sector and other sectors (religious and cultural...)
  • -Serving the linguistic container and the Algerian Qur’anic lesson by paying attention to its scholars, their efforts and various cognitive contributions in this field, presenting it to scholars and researchers and introducing it to youth, also highlighting its position and scientific value in the balance of modern linguistic and Qur’anic scientific research in order to achieve communication and preserve the scientific heritage of our scientists.
  • - The reasons behind the establishment of the "Research Laboratory in Linguistic and Qur'anic Studies":
  • The need of a research laboratory for scientific research in the Arabic Language department entitled: “Linguistic and Qur’anic Studies” due to the absence of a specialised scientific space with the aforementioned address that guarantees the accompaniment of scientific research and the research team units affiliated with it, and ensures that it is framed and directed in a way that serves the objectives of scientific research at Emir Abdelkader University For Islamic Sciences, and accompanies the disciplines Department approved.
  • Doctoral students’ settlement , especially LMD students, and enable them to benefit from this scientific space that guarantees them scientific framing and rooting knowledge by providing them with lectures, symposiums and scientific workshops during the period of their formation in their field of specialisation, enabling them also to participate with their scientific contributions to enrich the presented research topics in order to deepen their knowledgeand and guide their visions, as well as to give them the opportunity to publish their scientific contributions in the laboratory proposed journal.
  • Benefiting from this scientific laboratory in holding national and international forums directed at presenting research axes that enrich the topics of Ph.D theses for students registered in the linguistic، literary and Qura’nic specialties in the Arabic Language Department.

Laboratory Presentation:

1- Reasons for establishing the "Research Laboratory in Economics and Islamic Finance Studies ": The aim of establishing this laboratory is due to the lack of laboratories to settle economic studies at the university, and therefore the specialty of Economics and Islamic Finance calls for the establishment of a laboratory that includes all research teams related to the kind of these studies. So the Economics and Islamic Finance Studies laboratory is a laboratory that undertakes economic and Islamic finance studies and what the researchers and scholars’ efforts reached to in these broad fields, and seeks to make comparisons between modern and Islamic economics, especially since there is a prevailing trend towards Islamic finance in general and Islamic banks in particular within the light of occasional global economic and financial crises. In addition, the laboratory seeks to revive our civilizational heritage, which served as solutions to many crises and problems that societies suffer from, such as investing endowment and zakat funds in a way that serves development in general.

Research Laboratory in Economics and Islamic Financem
Studies is established for the following objectives:

  1. The need for scientific research in the Department of Economics and Management for a research laboratory entitled: "Islamic Economic and Finance Studies", is due to the fact that there is no specialised scientific space under the mentioned title that guarantees the accompaniment of scientific research and the units of research teams affiliated with it, and ensures their framing and guidance to serve the objectives of scientific research at Emir Abdelkader University for Islamic Sciences, accompanying the approved specializations in the department.
  2. Repatriation of doctoral students, especially LMD students, and enabling them to benefit from this scientific space that guarantees them scientific supervision and knowledge rooting through lectures, symposiums and scientific workshops that are presented to them during the period of their formation in their field of specialisation, and enables them to participate in their scientific contributions in Proposed laboratory Journal.

  3. Benefiting from this scientific laboratory in holding national and international meetings directed at presenting research topics that enrich the topics of students’ doctoral dissertations registered in the specialisations of Economics and Islamic Finance in the Department of Economics and Management.
  • Paying attention to the economic subject and presenting scientific approaches between positive and Islamic economics.
  • Analysis and research on economic issues in general, Islamic economics, Islamic finance and comparative studies.

  • Establishing a rich and diverse library by collecting as many different economic and financial books as possible.

Objectives:
  • The research laboratory in Qur’anic studies and the prophetic sunnah is based on the completion of studies and works in the field of various exegetical and illustrative Qur’anic studies, researches in readings, and the most important works in it, as well as the Muslim scholars efforts devoted for it, especially scholars of the Islamic Maghreb, especially the Algerian ones in this distinguished scientific field. The Laboratory is also concerned by the efforts of our scholars in ancient and contemporary exegesis and how to benefit from it, while trying to present scientific studies on objective exegesis showing the position of the Holy Qur’an and its righteous guidance of contemporary issues and developments.
  • The laboratory is also concerned with research in the recent critical studies field and recent analytical studies, such as researching the curricula of modernist imams in their works, their origins and rules in hadith criticism, as well as focusing on carrying out critical studies on Orientalist schools which gets stbbed in the noble Qur’an and in the prophetic sunnah, and evaluating their curricula and the critical curricula of their owners.
  • The laboratories work is also based on a basic pillar, which is the concern for the verification of heritage books in general, and the heritage of Qur’anic and modern researches in particular, with an explanation of the scientific and technical methods in that .

  • The laboratory work is also based on establishing the scientific trend in analyzing the prophetic hadith, by taking care of the hadith explanations and how to benefit from them today, highlighting the most important scientific rules and steps for a contemporary hadith explanation, and then completing studies and researches in the objective hadith in contemporary developments showing the position of the prophetic sunnah towards it and how it treated it.

The reasons behind establishing the "Research Laboratory in Civilizations and Religions Dialogue ":

Civilizations and Religions Dialogue Laboratory comes at a time when the world has become a small village, as a result of the scientific revolution taking place in various means of communication, to fill an academic scientific gap, by trying to make a research in an academic scientific way in order to provide accurate scientific knowledge about the reality of religions and civilizations dialogue by revealing the rooting aspect of the subject, talking about the historical and cultural reality associated with it, and revealing everything related to the subject in terms of scientific circumstances and problematics, whether related to Islam or orientalism, and the role of the media in the process.

The reasons why the Research Laboratory of Civilizations and Religions Dialogue was established are:
  • Lack of training for doctoral and master's students in the different axes of civilizations and religions dialogue.
  • Lack of organization of scientific meetings and specialized training symposia.
  • Lack of scientific and intellectual supervision of students in the field.
  • The lack of a comprehensive picture of Islam and its major cultural values, especially those that call for openness and dialogue with the other, and the need to highlight the values of justice, principles of freedom and human rights.
  • Lack of publication, the restrictedness t of the dialogue culture, and the absence of common human values calling for peaceful coexistence between peoples.
Objectives of establishing the "Research Laboratory in civilizations and Religions Dialogue ":

The research laboratory in economic and Islamic finance studies aims at the following:

  • Trying to present a comprehensive picture of Islam and its great cultural values, especially those that call for openness and dialogue with the other, while highlighting the values of justice and the principles of freedom and human rights.
